Delivery terms:

We will do our best to meet the established delivery deadlines, but this cannot be guaranteed. The delivery time is subject to the technical conditions under which courier companies operate and external factors, things that cannot be fully controlled. If your order has not arrived on time, you must first check with the local delivery office. We cannot process any claim for an undelivered item if at least 10 working days have not passed since the item's dispatch date. All requests must be made within 28 working days from the dispatch date (for the dispatch date, check the 'Dispatch Confirmation' email).

Customs and duties:

Within the European Union, there are no customs duties for intra-community trade. However, for destinations outside the EU, buyers must check if there are customs duties in the destination country for the ordered products.
