Terms and conditions

1. Website

1.1 The MunteleComorilor.ro website belongs to SC GOLD AND GEMS SRL based in Râmnicu Vâlcea, C.U.I. 44262860, registered in the Trade Register with order no. J38/572/2021. The site offers visitors and customers a variety of natural gemstones and jewelry.

2. Orders

2.1 Any order placed constitutes an offer to purchase a product subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse any order.

2.2 All orders placed will be subject to availability and confirmation of the price of the order by a "notice to purchase" email sent to your registered email address at the time of purchase.

2.3 If you wish to order goods which can only be purchased by persons of a certain age, you will be asked, when registering on the Website, to declare that you are of the appropriate legal age to purchase the items. If we reasonably consider that you are not legally entitled to order certain goods, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

3. Prices

3.1 Product prices do not include delivery charges.

3.2 All prices on www.muntelecomorilor.ro are in Romanian lei (RON).

3.3 We endeavor to ensure that all price information displayed on our website is correct. On rare occasions an error may occur and items may be incorrectly priced. If we discover that an error has occurred in the price of any item, then we will contact you before dispatching your order to inform you of the error. You will be asked if you wish to cancel your order or proceed with your order at the correct price. We are under no obligation to supply goods at the incorrect price.

4. Payment for goods

4.1 Payment for Goods and delivery charges may be made by any method displayed on the Website at the time of placing the order. Payment shall be made prior to the due date and time for payment and shall be a fundamental term of this Agreement, breach of which shall entitle the Supplier to terminate the Agreement immediately.

4.2 The order will not be delivered without payment of the consideration.

4.3 We offer Buyers the following payment options: payment by credit card, Paypal, bank transfer and cash on delivery.

5. Delivery

5.1 Your order will be shipped, depending on the location of the products ordered, via Sameday, DPD or Prioripost on the same business day or the next business day after payment. We always confirm shipment of orders by e-mai.

5.2 The goods you order will be delivered to the address you entered as your shipping address when you placed your order.

We will do our best to meet the delivery times quoted but this cannot be guaranteed. The length of the delivery time is subject to the technical conditions under which courier companies operate and external factors, which cannot be entirely controlled. If your order has not arrived on time, you should first check with your local delivery office. We cannot process any claim for an item that has not been delivered unless a minimum of 10 business days have passed from the date the item was shipped. All claims must be made within 28 working days from the date of dispatch (for the date of dispatch check the 'Dispatch Confirmation' email).

Customs and duties

Within the European Union there are no customs duties for intra-Community trade. However, for non-EU destinations, buyers should check whether there are customs duties in the destination country for the products ordered.

6. Undelivered orders

6.1 Postal losses are rare in Romania and the European Union. Experience has shown us that in most cases, items are returned by the post office as undeliverable when buyers have reported orders as lost. Please consult the post office or the tracking options on the courier company's website before contacting us regarding delivery. If the items are returned to us, we will contact you and an additional shipping and handling fee will be required before the items can be re-delivered.

7.1 If you wish to return your order you may do so within 14 days of receipt of the goods in accordance with our returns policy

7.2 In the case of online card transactions, refunds will only be refunded to the original or payment card or the payer's bank account.

7. Display of products

8.1 The graphical representation of the Products is subject to current technological limitations. Due to the wide variety of types of monitors, product images may look different from one quotation to another. Thus the colors and clarity of the images depend on the type of display used. We strive to provide as accurate a representation of the products as possible, but products may look slightly different from the images. In our experience, however, we can say that in 90% of the cases the gemstones usually look better in real life than in the images on the website.

8.2 Product data sheet. Each product has a technical data sheet in which the technical details of the product are entered. Buyers are required to study this technical data in order to be advised of the product they intend to purchase.

9. Copyright

9.1 All intellectual property of the Treasure Mountain website, such as trademarks, trade names, patents, registered images and any other automatic intellectual property rights derived from the aesthetics or functionality of the website belong to SC Gold And Gems Ltd. By using the website, you agree to respect the intellectual property rights and you will refrain from copying, downloading, transmitting, reproducing, printing or exploiting for commercial purposes any material / images contained on the website.

10. Content modifications

10.1 MunteleComorilor.ro reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time as necessary.
