Delivery terms:
We will do our best to meet the stated delivery times but this cannot be guaranteed. The duration of the delivery time is subject to the technical conditions under which the courier companies operate and external factors, things that cannot be fully controlled. If your order has not arrived on time, you should first check with your local delivery office. We cannot process any claims for an undelivered item unless a minimum of 10 working days have passed since the item was dispatched. All requests must be made within 28 working days of the date of dispatch (for the date of dispatch check the "Despatch Confirmation" email).
Customs and duties:
There are no customs duties for intra-Community trade in the territory of the European Union. But for non-EU destinations, buyers must check if there are customs duties in the destination country for the ordered products.
Returning products:
You are protected by the returns policy if you return the products within 7 days of receipt for a full refund of the amounts paid. Please contact our customer service before sending the products back. Gemstones must be returned in good condition with no scratches, chips or signs of setting in jewelry.
Please remember to let us know when you sent your order and the tracking number so we can track the delivery. After receipt and verification, the money is refunded in 3-5 working days. Product Returns Pack the items securely, go to the post office and post the item. Return costs are the responsibility of the buyers, except in cases where the fault belongs to the seller. If the situation is imputable to the seller, once the payment is returned to the buyer, the transport value will also be refunded. Please pack the items carefully for safe shipping and ship them.
