Our shop offers the opportunity to buy natural precious and semi-precious stones from the comfort of your home. To do this, follow a few simple steps:
1. Register by creating an account
2. Enter your personal details, delivery address and choose your payment method
3. Choose the product you want by going to the product page. It is recommended that you read the technical data sheet to understand the details of the description of the stone, the batch of stones or other products you intend to order. Failure to fully inform yourself by studying the displayed technical data sheet may lead to situations not attributable to the seller, as it is the buyer's obligation to be correctly informed about the characteristics of the products offered for sale before deciding to buy.
4. Place the product(s) in the shopping cart using the "add to cart" button.
5. If you do not wish to continue shopping, you can access your shopping cart using the "Checkout" button.
6. Choose delivery method and select payment method
7. Complete your order. You will receive a confirmation e-mail.
Depending on the courier method chosen and the time taken to process your payment, products are delivered in approximately 1-2 working days in Romania. For other countries delivery time can vary from three days to 30 days depending on the distance and shipping method chosen.
