Conditions under which the guarantee is granted:
All our products are delivered under a warranty ranging from 30 days to one year, depending on the type of product purchased, with the right to return within a period of 30 days.
Warranty conditions for product type:
A. Precious and semi-precious stones, pearls, minerals and specimens:
Products are delivered under a 6-month warranty for individual and corporate customers and a 1-year warranty for partners and collaborators active in the jewelry industry.
right of return within a maximum of 30 days from receipt of the order.
B. Natural resins:
Products are delivered under a 30-day guarantee for individual and corporate customers and 90 days for partners and collaborators.
right of return within a maximum of 5 days from receipt of the order.
Accessories and tools:
Products are delivered under a warranty of between 30 days for individual and corporate customers and 90 days for partners and collaborators. The exceptions are the test, measurement and control devices for which the warranty is 1 year for customers, partners and collaborators.

Refusal of return:
Precious stones and semiprecious stones with signs of mounting in jewelry, scratches, chipping or other defects acquired as a result of misuse or mishandling are not accepted for return.
Natural resin products that have been unsealed, have missing content after weight measurement or have been altered by mixing with other products cannot be returned.
Tools and accessories that have been used, damaged or no longer have the appearance of a new product are not accepted for return.
Defective electrical measuring and control devices may be returned within the warranty period.
Products that have been refused for return will be returned to the owner. Refusal to accept the return as a result of the refusal does not imply the obligation of the trader to refund the value of that product.
Such potential disputes may be settled by arbitration by the authorized state institutions, by mutual agreement between the trader and the buyer or by a court decision.
